    A small restaurant located inside the Riverport casino, most of the lighting in the courtyard styled dinning area  ( above ) is achieved by the use of surface mounted  MR16 fixtures. Outdoor  landscape type low wattage adjustable fixtures are mounted to a wood slate ceiling operated by remote transformers. With only a very small budget for lighting, this approach was utilized for economy. The versatility of the MR 16 source enables good control , brightness intensity,beam spread and filtering. This became much more important when the dimming system was deleted. The fixtures are minimal in size and are inconspicuous.  Wall mounted Italian glass sconce's are added for atmosphere. I
